The BeingBetter project has been created by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and is funded by European Regional Development Funds and Yorkshire Forward to support local employers to enhance their economic performance and staff retention by improving the health and financial well-being of their employees.
Acting as a broker, our service is entirely FREE to all Rotherham employers. We will conduct a diagnostic on your business and, through our established links with local partners, training providers, financial advisors, health and well-being specialists, we can help you in working towards achieving a healthier, happier, more productive workforce.
