Andy's background is rooted in finance (personal and commercial) so has a thorough understanding of the effects of poor financial management on an individual. Having managed large teams within a high-turnover industry, he also understands the business impact on poor staff retention and absenteeism so is ideally placed to support Rotherham employers in these areas, driven by a desire to see results in the form of an improved bottom line! Richard's background is a very strange mix of Welfare to Work and Sales with an element of Customer Service, which is a combination that really shouldn't complement each other quite as well as it does. Although the same can probably be said of his main vice of Vodka & Red Bull but then thats another story!!
Richard projects his personal drive and attitude into every aspect of his role and is evidently a people person who has an eye for detail, and an understanding of not just how to achieve targets, but how to put together a plan to achieve these targets month after month in order to help people succeed. Richard is keen to instill some of his personal energy and enthusiasm into his new role within the team and be part of an exciting opportunity for Rotherham businesses.
Like the rest of the team he is quite active, coaching local primary football and possessing more scars than medals for his time spent playing in local football, Richard can also be found in the gym most mornings and makes good use of the swimming pool to justify his sweet tooth!!!
